Setting Up Recipient Groups
Recipient Groups are used when a Notification Event is triggered. To
set up a Recipient Group:
- On the Admin Tools page,
click Notifications.
- Click Settings.
- Click Add Group.
- Enter in a Group Name.
- To add phone numbers for SMS
notifications, click Add.
- Enter in the Name
and Phone Number
of the person you want to add.
- To enter another person, click Add
again.
- To add Email
addresses for email notifications, click Add.
- Enter in the Name
and Email address
of the person you want to add.
- To enter another person, click Add
again.
- Click OK.
